Maybe you're living with the aftermath of PTSD, or complex trauma that built up slowly over years rather than a single event — childhood experiences, relational wounds, or things that were never fully processed at the time they happened. Maybe you function well on the outside, but underneath, your nervous system still reacts like the danger hasn't fully passed.
Trauma doesn't always look like flashbacks or crisis. Sometimes it looks like a body that won't relax, a mind that stays braced for something to go wrong, or relationships that feel harder than they should.
I work with trauma — including PTSD and complex trauma (CPTSD) — through a somatic, mindfulness-based lens rooted in the Hakomi method. Trauma often lives in the body as much as the mind, so we don't just talk about what happened; we pay attention to how it's still showing up in you now. This work involves:
Learning to recognize your own nervous system states, and gently widening your capacity to stay present with difficult sensations and emotions
Processing stored trauma at a pace your system can actually integrate, rather than re-living it all at once
Tending to attachment wounds that often sit underneath trauma responses
Building real, felt safety in your body — not just intellectual understanding
Reconnecting with your own resilience and inner resourcing
I don't shy away from sitting with people in the depths of what they've been through. Trauma work asks for real presence, patience, and care — and that's exactly what I bring. Healing isn't about erasing what happened; it's about no longer having to carry it the same way.
This work resonates with people who've lived with PTSD or complex trauma — whether from a specific event or from years of relational or developmental wounding — and who are ready to feel less controlled by their past, even if they've already done "the talking" and are looking for something that reaches deeper.
