All sessions are held online, which allows me to work with clients throughout California from the comfort and privacy of their own space.

I'm a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) in the state of California, so I'm only able to work with clients who are physically located in California at the time of our sessions.

Our first session is about getting to know each other — I'll ask about what's bringing you to therapy, a bit of your history, and what you're hoping for. Just as importantly, it's a chance for you to get a feel for whether working together feels right. There's no pressure to have it all figured out.

Sessions are 50 minutes. Many clients start out meeting weekly, especially early on, and we'll talk together about what pace makes sense for you as we go.

Yes — I'm in-network with several insurance plans through Headway and Alma. I also work with clients privately, which some people prefer for the depth and flexibility it allows. You can find more detail on the Rates & Insurance page.

My work is rooted in somatic psychotherapy and the Hakomi method — a mindfulness-based approach that pays attention not just to what you're thinking, but to what your body and emotions are telling us, too. It's gentle, collaborative, and paced to feel safe for you.

Yes — this is one of my primary areas of focus. I support clients with binge eating, chronic overeating, restrictive eating patterns, and anorexia, using an approach that tends to the trauma and attachment patterns often underneath these struggles.

Yes. I have deep experience and personal understanding supporting mothers — through postpartum transitions, parenting challenges, and healing their own histories while raising their children.
