Because that is where you have always belonged.
Maybe your relationship with food has become a source of pain instead of nourishment — through binge eating, chronic overeating, restrictive patterns, or anorexia. Maybe this is the first time you've reached out for support. Or maybe you've already done real work in treatment before, and you're ready to go deeper.
You don't have to keep fighting your body to feel okay.
I incorporate the Embodied Recovery Model into my work, which tends to the attachment, trauma, and sensory processing patterns so often underneath disordered eating. Rather than focusing only on food behaviors, we look at what those behaviors are actually doing for you — and slowly build other ways to meet those same needs.
This work involves:
Learning to feel safe and regulated in your body, rather than at war with it
Growing your capacity for real, unshakable self-compassion
Gently working with critical, punishing thought patterns
Healing the childhood trauma that often sits underneath eating struggles
Arriving, finally, at home in your own body
I am deeply passionate about this work. I love helping people heal their relationship with food, understand what their patterns have been trying to do for them, and learn how to give themselves what they're truly hungry for — because it's rarely just about food.
This work tends to resonate most with thoughtful, high-functioning people — often high achievers who look like they have it together on the outside, while quietly struggling with body image, self-worth, or a mind that won't stop criticizing them. If that sounds like you, you're not alone, and you're in the right place.
